Program Director - Licensed Adult Day Program Operations

📋 Description

• Lead daily operations, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budget for a high-needs adult day program
• Be hands-on on the floor, coach staff, assist during high-behavior incidents
• Train, develop, and hold staff accountable to performance expectations
• Develop engaging activities that promote independence and life skills
• Implement person-centered service plans and behavior support strategies
• Ensure compliance with Title 17, Title 22, licensing standards and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in a human services delivery setting
• At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience with 10+ staff preferred
• 2+ years in care of individuals with IDD in day program or residential setting
• Experience with high-behavior settings and regulatory expectations
• Strong MS Office skills and excellent written/verbal communication
