📋 Description

• Direct and supervise program directors and host home providers to ensure adherence to established
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive habilitation plans and supporting documentation
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and compliance audits to verify consistency of services across
• Execute investigations and corrective action procedures in accordance with state regulations and
• Establish and enforce quality practices and performance standards across all operational areas
• Participate as an active member of treatment teams and provide clinical oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field and three years' experience in a related field
• Must be certified as a QIDP by the state of Nevada
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience in the development and implementation of individuals programs
• Experience with budget implementation and contract management
• Prior experience conducting investigations preferred
