Program Director QIDP

📋 Description

• Direct and supervise program directors and host home providers
• Develop, implement, and maintain habilitation plans and documentation
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and compliance audits
• Execute investigations and corrective action procedures
• Establish and enforce quality practices and performance standards
• Maintain availability for after-hours and weekend needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services field and 3 years related experience
• Must be certified as QIDP by state of Nevada
• 1+ years supervisory experience
• Experience developing and implementing individual programs
• Experience with budget implementation and contract management
• Knowledge of governing rules and regulations
