Program Engineer

📋 Description

• Support implementation, enhancements, maintenance, and optimization of insurance products.
• Execute product testing, regression testing, and validation.
• Investigate and resolve product issues with stakeholders.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and support automation initiatives.
• Analyze system behavior and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, QA to enable delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Actuarial Science, CS, Math, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a quantitative, analytical, technical, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Applied knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, XML, JSON, HTML, or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting insurance product implementations or policy administration systems.
