📋 Description

• Lead and manage grants audits for charity: water partners.
• Oversee compliance review and misconduct/risk management.
• Remote contractor, ~16 hours/week, Africa time zones.
• Coordinate with Program Finance team and external auditors.
• Maintain audit findings logs and tracker.
• Regularly communicate with partners and grants team.

🎯 Requirements

• Grants management, financial analysis, audit & compliance exp.
• Experience reviewing compliance docs and follow-ups.
• Experience managing audits and tracking findings.
• Experience supporting misconduct/fraud processes (finance).
• Strong financial accounting and ability to interpret ledgers.
• Salesforce proficiency for grants management/CRM.
