Program Information & Technology Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day platform operations, including user accounts, access permissions, onboarding
• Monitor platform availability, data completeness and accuracy, audit trails, and routine quality
• Track platform performance against established operational and contractual standards, and support
• Support real-time dashboards and ad hoc reporting covering service requests, personnel, financial
• Support the centralized knowledge management system and deliverables repository, including user
• Coordinate with functional managers to address missing documentation, resolve compliance gaps, and

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, public health, business
• An advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant experience administering or supporting service delivery platforms
• Demonstrated experience supporting or coordinating the implementation of systems used for
• Experience collaborating with technology vendors, developers, corporate IT teams, and functional
• Practical knowledge of system administration, user access management, data quality assurance
