🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years shipping cross-functional launches in ops, banking, fintech.
• Led a project with 5+ parties delivering on the same date.
• Fintech/payments exposure; curiosity to learn underwriting/compliance.
• Detail oriented; reads everything and catches mismatches.
• Comfortable across functions; translate engineering and compliance talks.
• Calm under pressure; re-plan and communicate changes.
