Own end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery milestones.
Drive software certification activities and regulatory compliance.
Establish and enforce development processes, governance, and quality.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in software engineering, program management, or software delivery.
Strong CS/Software Eng background or related technical discipline.
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional software teams.
Understanding of SDLC, embedded systems, or mission-critical apps.
Hands-on with software certification such as DO-178C or MIL-STD.
PMP, PRINCE2, MBA, or equivalent qualifications an added advantage.
