Program Lead II, Clinical Program Development

📋 Description

• Develop the clinical operational strategy and execute clinical studies/programs, including
• Manage programmatic evaluation of risks and mitigations to achieving the asset strategy.
• Interact and influence management and cross-functional team members to achieve program objectives.
• Contribute to portfolio planning, including development of costs, resource projections, and
• Review and provide clinical operations content to clinical and regulatory documents (e.g., INDs
• Manage external budget for the portfolio (programs can be 20-200 million dollars).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, typically in nursing or scientific field; Associate's degree/R.N.
• 12+ years of Pharma-related/clinical research related experience.
• 10 years of experience in clinical research demonstrating high level of core, technical, and
• Experience in risk management, decision-making, and strategic execution.
• Good communication skills.
• Successful coaching, mentoring, and people management experience (remote management preferred).
