📋 Description

• Develops clinical operational strategy and executes clinical studies/programs
• Evaluates programmatic risks and mitigations to achieve asset strategy
• Influences cross-functional teams and management to achieve program objectives
• Contributes to portfolio planning, costs, resource projections, and timelines
• Reviews and provides clinical operations content for regulatory documents
• Manages external budgets across clinical programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, typically in nursing or scientific field
• 12+ years of pharma-related or clinical research related experience
• 10 years in clinical research demonstrating leadership and study strategy
• Experience in risk management, decision-making, and strategic execution
• Strong communication skills
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and people management experience
