Program Lead, Payor Connections/Interoperability

📋 Description

• Lead interoperability projects with provider outreach
• Build relationships with provider groups and vendors
• Create and maintain project plans
• Develop operational strategy and market approach
• Collaborate across teams to improve interoperability
• Direct testing and validation of data connections for compliance
• Oversee operational dashboards and updates
• Track progress and resolve data quality issues
• TEFCA subject matter expert
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in health care operations or health insurance
• 2+ years delivering interoperability projects
• In-depth knowledge of TEFCA
• Strong analytical skills
