📋 Description

• Lead the management, optimization, and rollout of WFM tools.
• Develop lean, scalable, repeatable workforce tools and processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to meet milestones and service levels.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and countermeasures.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency targets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in Workforce Management
• Experience with NICE IEX or InContact
• 1+ years using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 1+ years in process improvement and workflow design
• 1+ years developing and presenting information to Senior Leadership
• Proficiency in Excel or Sheets
