Program Management Associate

📋 Description

• Execute high-volume outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to recruit.
• Manage recruitment across ~30 active programs in HubSpot.
• Identify stalled programs, investigate root causes, propose fixes.
• Collaborate with CSMs, Researchers, AEs, and AI Ops on programs.
• Improve interview quality and workflow efficiency with AI.

• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Self-driven and persistent; comfortable with rejection.
• Clear, concise communicator across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborative by default; keep account team in the loop.
• Curious and discovery-minded; probe root causes.
• Familiar with outreach tools and CRMs (HubSpot, LinkedIn).
