Program Management Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the global group of Program Managers; ensure projects stay on track.
• Oversee day-to-day program execution and address issues on time.
• Maintain governance and alignment with program methodology and strategy.
• Manage R&D tools and drive improvements to R&D processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to unblock issues.
• Develop and coach PMs; drive performance and career growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in software/tech.
• 4+ years directly managing PMs in global/distributed org.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale cross-product initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or automation tools for PMs.
• Strong people-management and exec-level communication; Fluent English.
• University degree; MBA an advantage.
