Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead naval or maritime maintenance & engineering programs.
• Oversee technical, financial, schedule, quality, and reporting.
• Ensure delivery of maintenance, repairs, and tests by multi-disciplinary teams.
• Direct day-to-day activities and liaise with stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and resource plans.
• Manage program budgets and funding alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years supervising air-cushion vehicles/ships.
• 5+ years concurrent program management in naval/aviation env.
• Lead large technical teams in a high-tempo setting.
• Design/manage quality control systems and processes.
• Familiarity with Navy 3-M; J-STD-001; IPC-A-610; IPC-A-620.
• ISO 9001 quality systems and continuous improvement.
