Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of cross-company programs for the CPO, from the first ask to delivery: internal
• Turn high-level goals into end-to-end plans with scope, milestones, owners and dates, and keep them
• Drive execution across Product, R&D, Deployment, Sales and Marketing, in a matrix organization
• Identify risks and dependencies early, and bring them to the CPO with options and a recommendation
• Coordinate product launches with customers: readiness across product, deployment, enablement and
• Support large strategic deals from the product side: align what was promised, what will be built

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management, technical program management, consulting, strategy or operations
• Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery
• Experience working directly with senior executives and influencing leaders without direct authority
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to run several programs
• Enough technical understanding to work with engineering teams on scope, dependencies and trade-offs
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
