📋 Description

Serve as the primary contact for assigned program-managed customers.
Develop relationships focused on retention and growth.
Lead customer meetings, reviews, tours, and program discussions.
Coordinate retention and growth campaigns via HubSpot CRM.
Track engagement and key decision-makers for strategic accounts.
Create tailored engagement strategies for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in program management or related roles.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical settings.
Strong CRM, BD processes, and commercial operations understanding.
Ability to lead customer-facing meetings and strategic discussions.
Cross-functional collaboration with BD, Ops, Eng, PM, and Tech.
HubSpot experience preferred.
