📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional Supplier Management Team supporting major supplier and subcontractor
• Monitor supplier technical performance against established baselines, evaluate key performance
• Identify, assess, manage, and communicate program risks and opportunities throughout the
• Coordinate communication and issue resolution across engineering, production, supply chain, mission
• Define, establish, communicate, monitor, and control subcontract scope, ensuring required work is

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant professional
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance required at the time of application.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership or management experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and/or managing a significant supplier portfolio in
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and cross-functional teams while managing budgets
• Strong program or project management capabilities, including proposal development, master planning
