Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the site’s PMO function coordinating project managers and resources to drive site-wide project
• Direct a wide scope of initiatives, including strategic projects, NPI and CAPEX
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management standards, processes, and
• Oversee the entire project portfolio: intake, prioritization, resource allocation, monitoring, and
• Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to senior plant leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure structured risk management, issue tracking, and change control across all active projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree
• 5+ years PM experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing or regulated industry
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or project offices in a manufacturing environment
• Deep understanding of PM frameworks and standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2) for governance, risk management
• Experience applying operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) in regulated
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; proficient in risk
