Program Manager

📋 Description

• Leads complex, enterprise-wide project governance and commercial strategy initiatives, applying
• Owns end-to-end delivery of strategic programs and workstreams, establishing governance, financial
• Integrates plans, dependencies, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations to enable timely
• Design and operate project finance portfolio governance that supports investment discipline
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global programs and transformation workstreams from initiation
• Sequence work across interdependent initiatives, identifying critical paths, handoffs, and resource

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required; master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in program/project management, portfolio governance
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional programs or workstreams in a matrixed
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
• Strong proficiency in setting up of WBS, SAP finance, legal agreements for equipment and services
• Experience in planning software such as Primavera is an advantage.
