Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead strategic global programs and cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Manage large-scale transformation initiatives including platform migrations.
• Develop and execute change management strategies with adoption metrics.
• Establish standardized PM frameworks, governance, reporting, and playbooks.
• Coordinate program delivery across regions, departments, and partners.
• Oversee partner and subcontractor governance and delivery quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in program/project PMO ops in tech, data, financial services, or similar.
• Proven experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs with global teams.
• Strong change management expertise: comms, stakeholder engagement, adoption.
• Excellent client relationship skills with executives.
• Experience with enterprise software, digital collaboration tools, and PM technologies.
