📋 Description

• Own integration governance, escalation paths, RAID log, and status rhythms.
• Connect cross-org workstreams (pre-app, marketing, ops, tech) to prevent handoffs.
• Proactively identify operational and compliance risks; drive resolution before blockers arise.
• Maintain a consistent narrative across both orgs for teams and stakeholders.
• Build and sustain an operational readiness framework for account opening, loan servicing, and handoffs.
• Collaborate with a technical PM; translate architecture implications into actionable steps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience managing complex, multi-party integration programs in financial services.
• Background in banking operations (account opening, loan processing).
• Demonstrated operations and/or risk management orientation (not just delivery tracking).
• Technical literacy to discuss architecture and dependencies.
• Merger/acquisition integration experience; personal loans knowledge; governance frameworks.
