Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead program execution for cybersecurity operations, risk mgmt, and compliance.
• Manage resources, schedules, QA, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure DoD/DON and federal cybersecurity policy compliance.
• Support inspections, A&A, RMF, and shipboard C4S operations.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance security and readiness.
• Travel may be required CONUS/OCONUS.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading large DoD/C4S programs of similar size.
• Experience as primary government-contractor POC and briefing leadership.
• Experience with shipboard C4S deployment and support.
• Strong understanding of C4S requirements and RMF/A&A.
• Active Secret clearance and DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level III.
• Proven ability to coordinate QA and cross-functional teams.
