Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and execute partner integrations
• Map Afresh to customer operations for maximum value
• Create actionable deployment plans for full deployment
• Build relationships with partner project teams and execs
• Lead cross-functional deployments with Exec, Engineering, Product, Support, Account, and Sales
• Capture learnings to build a replicable deployment playbook

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing client relationships
• 3+ years in product implementations/deployments (SaaS preferred)
• Proven ability to drive projects to completion
• Experience in grocery or retail preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with AI models (Claude, Codex, Replit, etc.)
• SQL, Excel, Looker or dashboard tools preferred
• Open to travel up to 25%
