Program Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as BryceTech's primary contact with CO, COR, and AFRL leadership
• Provide overall program leadership, technical oversight, and contract administration
• Manage day-to-day advisory and assistance services for AFRL research and planning
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, retention, and performance management for specialized staff
• Develop and maintain staffing plans to ensure uninterrupted mission support
• Monitor cost, schedule, staffing, and overall contract performance

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance (Top Secret with SCI eligibility)
• Master's degree in engineering, physical science, business, or related field
• 12+ years of experience managing complex DoD or Federal contracts
• Experience supporting AFRL, Space Force, DARPA, or other Defense research orgs
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and SMEs
• Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition, contract administration, and A&A services
