📋 Description

• Lead overall contract performance
• Manage cost, schedule, staffing, and performance
• Lead transition planning, QA, risk, metrics, controls, and comms
• Support financial activities: analysis, reporting, systems
• Primary contact with Contracting Officer and COR
• Oversee deliverables, progress reports, and transition plans

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance or higher
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics/related field
• 9+ years in business consulting, process improvement, or planning
• 4+ years managing complex projects/contracts
• SQL certification or proficiency; data analytics certification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
