• Creates and manages long term goals and translates them into shorter projects to achieve the
• Prepares justification for the programs he/she is managing, such as ROI, etc., to achieve buy in
• Plans, organizes and leads high scope projects.
• Leads and organizes project reviews affecting the Mexicali site.
• Prepares status reports for the projects and programs he/she is leading and be able to present at
• Maintains budget control for projects and programs.

• Be of high character and energy with regard for detail.
• Schedule oriented and demonstrate results based on such schedules (Plans / Gantt charts).
• Highly organized with his/her tasks and tasks related to his/her programs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to communicate eloquently up, down
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coordinate cross functional and/or multisite/multicultural
• Demonstrate site bring up and site transfer knowledge and experience.
