Program Manager

📋 Description

• Drive the end-to-end execution of program deliverables and tracking of program health
• Define and track program milestones, timelines, and deployment plans
• Should have worked in Enterprise Safe environment.
• Should have very clear understanding of SAFE process.
• Manage program scope (demand intake, documentation, change control, communication)
• Act as the face of the program and communicate progress to upper management and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in program and project management or similar role running large projects in operations
• Practical experience with agile techniques and methodologies
• Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)
• Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and
• Comfortable working with senior-level management and virtual teams
• Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated
