📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs
  • Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria
  • Ensure delivery against time, cost, and quality commitments
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in program/project management

  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
  • Strong exposure to stakeholder management and transformation initiatives
