🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Technical Program Management delivering complex multi-workstream programs.
• Lead 4-5 customers concurrently with >85% billable utilization.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and Fivetran.
• Proven people management of high-performance teams.
• Proficient in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365.
• Executive communication; able to present to C-level stakeholders.
