Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned technical programs and Strategic Programs/Initiatives , from
• Take a scattered list of open items and convert it into a structured plan with owners, dates, and
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting for technical initiatives
• Partner directly with engineering teams, holding your own in technical conversations
• Translate technical complexity into plain-language updates for non-technical stakeholders and
• Use AI co-work agents to draft technical documentation, meeting summaries, and status updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT/Data, or Engineering
• Systematic thinker - breaks a messy problem into parts, works it in order, and doesn't lose the
• 3-5 years of experience in technical program or project management, ideally supporting engineering
• Demonstrated ability to build AI into personal and team workflows to plan, track, and report on
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, able to take a loosely defined ask and structure it into a plan
• Working technical fluency, able to hold a substantive conversation with engineers about
