📋 Description

• Lead and manage scrum teams from strategy through execution and delivery, guiding multi-phase
• Run crisp and effective agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, refinement sessions
• Prepare scrum teams for quarterly PI Planning, including guiding them through the product intake
• Develop clear goals and measurable outcomes while maintaining adaptability in a fastpaced, Scaled
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, ensuring alignment on priorities and
• Assist technical leads and senior developers with release planning

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience, ideally in technical environments with multiple
• Deep familiarity with Scaled Agile; CSM or similar Agile certification a plus
• Demonstrated success leading initiatives in fintech, trading, or brokerage verticals
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and deliver high-impact releases in environments with
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing across technical and
