Program Manager

📋 Description

• Drive multiple Product, Engineering, and Operations programs from concept to launch.
• Act as primary cross functional liaison for Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Plan, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and prioritize decisions.
• Track deliverables during quarterly planning and report status.
• Monitor OKRs and KPIs on product adoption, delivery quality, and platform health.
• Lead special efforts and help improve team processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years program management experience.
• 3+ years in product development, GTM, or software engineering programs with Agile.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
• Ability to influence and lead initiatives.
• Process oriented, detail focused, comfortable with ambiguity, and strong organizational skills.
• Analytical, data driven, able to provide measurable outcomes, ownership mindset.
