Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own program-level delivery across Ripple Treasury implementations.
• Serve as senior point of contact for sponsors and execs on scope and timelines.
• Develop and maintain program plans, RAID logs, and reporting.
• Identify cross-project dependencies and risks; drive issue resolution.
• Facilitate executive status updates and steering committee reviews.
• Partner with PMs on engagements, mentoring and quality oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program or project management, incl. enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs with remote/global teams.
• Strong collaborator management across levels, including C-suite sponsors.
• Experience with internal delivery teams and third-party partners.
• Treasury domain knowledge; Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION a plus.
• Ability to identify and resolve program risks and issues in a fast-paced environment.
