Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own program-level delivery across Ripple Treasury implementations and client partners.
• Serve as senior sponsor contact, aligning scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain program plans, RAID logs, and reporting.
• Manage cross-project dependencies and risks; drive issue resolution.
• Lead executive status updates, steering committees, and post-implementation reviews.
• Mentor project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program or project management; 2+ years in enterprise SaaS.
• Able to manage complex, multi-solution programs with remote/global teams.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management, from teams to C-suite.
• Experience with internal delivery and third-party partners (SIs/consultants).
• Treasury/cash management or financial risk knowledge; GTreasury, Kyriba, ION a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear executive updates.
