Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own program management from ideation to go-to-market for the portfolio.
• Partner with CTO portfolio product leaders across functions.
• Design, implement, and iterate program management processes.
• Drive cross-functional decisions with Eng, UX, Enablement, Marketing.
• Set timelines; hold partners accountable; communicate readiness to leadership.
• Collaborate with SMEs, UX, Eng, Enablement, Legal, Marketing to move decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in program or project management.
• BA or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Manage multiple concurrent, cross-stage workstreams.
• Able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for executives.
