Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations in the
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive partners, developing
• Develop and maintain coordinated program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and program-level
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns; drive issue
• Facilitate executive-level status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation
• Partner with Project Managers on individual engagements, providing mentorship, quality oversight

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years managing
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously, often with remote
• Strong collaborator management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence at all
• Experience working across internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems
• Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes
• Demonstrated ability to identify, bring up, and drive resolution of program risks and issues in a
