Track customer engagement and key decision-makers to support strategic account management.
Create tailored customer engagement strategies for stakeholders and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in program management, customer success, or related roles.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments.
Strong understanding of CRM processes and commercial operations.
Ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead customer-facing meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
Willingness to travel up to 25–50%.
