• Hybrid Program Manager at delivery, AI ops, and Agile coaching.
• Act as change agent across engineering, product, and design.

• Report to Director of Product & Engineering Operations; reduce coordination overhead.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in complex tech programs, software delivery, or consulting.
• Migration of docs from legacy systems; AI tools like Claude, Gemini, Gumloop.
• Agile delivery and coaching; governance for Confluence/SharePoint.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions; bias for action.
• Bachelors required; Masters preferred; related certifications a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
