Program Manager, AI & Data

📋 Description

• Lead complex AI and data programs as the client contact for outcomes.
• Translate client strategy into roadmaps and integrated delivery plans.
• Partner with delivery leads, architects, and engineers to align to goals.
• Own engagement financials: budget, burn, margins, forecasting, utilization.
• Build trust with senior client and technical stakeholders; provide exec updates.
• Navigate ambiguity and trade-offs with data-informed recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading client-facing programs with exec stakeholders.
• 5+ years of Technical Program/PM experience in consulting or professional services.
• Experience running multi-workstream programs across data platforms, analytics, cloud, and AI/ML with Agile.
• Background in AI, data, analytics; familiarity with Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, BI, ML/LLM.
• Ownership of project portfolio performance, including billable utilization across multiple customers.
• Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Excel; remote, multi-geo teams.
