📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities in Revenue Marketing.
• Design, build, and ship end-to-end AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive adoption with training and enablement for non-technical marketers.
• Measure KPIs and optimize campaigns and pipelines.
• Govern AI use with security, legal, and data privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in marketing, marketing ops, growth, or TPM in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on AI and automation in live GTM environments.
• LLM frameworks (OpenAI/Claude) and low-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) plus Python.
• Deep MAP and CRM fluency (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proven change management across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication to translate tech concepts for execs and practitioners.
