📋 Description

• Own deployment and long-term adoption of Skydio Dock programs across Air Force installations.
• Build trusted relationships with operators, program offices, and leadership.
• Lead planning, integration, testing, training, and fielding for mission-ready ops.
• Drive customer adoption, remove barriers, deliver measurable value.
• Translate feedback into priorities for Product and Engineering; coordinate teams.
• Develop scalable frameworks and best practices to accelerate AF adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading customer-facing programs within USAF, DoD, or defense tech.
• Proven track record delivering complex hardware and software solutions.
• Establish credibility and build trusted relationships with operators, technical teams, and leaders.
• Strong technical aptitude; quick learner of new systems and complex integrations.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; FAA Part 107 within 60 days.
