• Lead Alabama Forestry Accelerator Program Manager in Southeast Alabama.
• Serve as the face of gener8tor in Dothan; frontline for startups.
• Manage recruitment, mentor/investor relations, and program operations.
• Run two accelerator programs and ensure KPI attainment.
• Build relationships with mentors, investors, universities, and partners.
• Plan and host events, office hours, and networking activities.
