Program Manager, Architecture Portfolio

📋 Description

• Establish and manage the Architecture Portfolio framework, including governance, planning
• Lead the end-to-end coordination of architecture programmes and initiatives, ensuring alignment
• Partner with Chief Architects, Domain Architects, Engineering leaders, Product Owners, and Business
• Manage portfolio-level dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions across architecture
• Drive effective portfolio governance, including steering committees, investment tracking, executive
• Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, delivery schedules, and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale programmes or portfolios within technology, architecture, or
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Architecture Governance, and
• Demonstrated experience establishing and managing portfolio governance frameworks, roadmaps, and
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across
• Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple programmes, workstreams, and global teams.
• Strong risk, issue, financial, and resource management capabilities.
