Program Manager (Army)

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize Army onboarding, adoption, value realization.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives delivering on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and manage a strategic roadmap of customer success initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Serve as the voice of the customer; gather feedback to inform program development and product enhancements.
• Establish, monitor, and report KPIs for CS programs (health, NPS, churn, renewals).
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure cohesive customer experiences across touchpoints.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of PM experience delivering Army/federal tech modernization.
• PMP/PgMP and agile certs (CSM, SAFe) preferred.
• Appian + Salesforce/ServiceNow/Palantir; custom development exp.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain clearance; willing to travel.
• Experience leading large programs (50+ resources, $13M+ revenue). Army client relationships a plus.
