📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program management from launch to ongoing operations.
• Serve as the primary external contact for partners and build trust.
• Act as hub across cross-functional teams; align priorities, escalate issues.
• Monitor program health; lead dives on customer experience and ops quality.
• Drive program optimization; manage joint roadmaps and intake processes.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program/relationship management or related field.
• Proven external-facing partner or customer relationship experience.
• Strong program management; manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Experience managing joint roadmaps and cross-functional prioritization.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
