📋 Description

Drive the transformation roadmap across all workstreams with active execution.
Translate vision into clear, actionable plans for PM cells and specialists.
Monitor progress, identify at-risk workstreams, and escalate blockers.
Directly manage two PM cells and lead cross-functional teams.
Own program governance, cadence, and standard reporting across the portfolio.
Provide hands-on support during client presentations and escalations.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in program or project management driving multi-team execution.
Experience in training operations, learning & development.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
Strong operational mindset and execution focus.
Confident communicator to senior leadership and clients.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
