Program Manager

📋 Description

• Deliver program and project management support across NWS portfolios, programs, and IT initiatives.
• Support planning, execution, monitoring, control, and project close out using industry standard
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), risk registers
• Monitor and manage cost, schedule, scope, performance metrics, risks, issues, and action items.
• Support CPIC activities including investment reporting, baseline change requests, and data call
• Prepare and maintain high quality project artifacts such as plans, briefings, reports, charters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, IT, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience supporting federal IT programs or projects.
• PMP® or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong understanding of portfolio, program, and project management frameworks and best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Smartsheet, Visio, and cloud
• U.S. citizenship required to meet federal contract eligibility requirements.
