• Provide concise updates; escalate risks with data-backed options.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree and 5+ years in program/product ops in FinTech/banking; bank approvals experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing timelines.
• Strong program management skills delivering complex initiatives on time.
• Knowledge of bank/network marketing and key financial services regulations.
• Experience designing scalable workflows and governance; tooling.
• Stakeholder management; ability to influence across partners.
