📋 Description

• Take a loosely defined business question and structure it into a clear analytical approach, with a
• Build financial and operational models to size opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and support
• Use AI tools to accelerate data pulls, cleaning, and first-pass analysis, focusing your own time on
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give leadership a clear, current view of program
• Partner with Data and Analytics teams to source, validate, and structure the data needed to answer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT/Data, or Engineering.
• Systematic thinker — breaks a messy problem into parts, works it in order, and doesn't lose the
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, finance, or a related analytical role, or a
• Demonstrated ability to build AI into personal workflows for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills, with the ability to structure a problem before reaching
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, able to take a laundry list of open items and chase it to closure.
